CA. Paul Antony Maliakal

Paul Antony Maliakal is the Chairman of the firm and banking consulting head of SVAR and associates with more than 25 years of experience in banking operations, as senior management team member (South Indian Bank), comprising of positions such as:

1. Chief of Internal Vigilance

2. Head of Inspection Department


3. Head of Policy Division of Credit Department


4. Head of Region of the bank


5. Head of Corporate Branch of the Bank


6. Chairman of Mid-Corporate Credit Committee


7. Head of Large Corporate Credit Processing Center and representational representative in Large Corporate Credit Committees of the bank

Undertaken and successfully implemented/completed various assignments and investigations for the bank. Actively involved in fine tuning the Inspection Policy of the Bank and implementation of Credit Audit and Risk Based Internal Audit of the Bank. The other experience includes consolidated 3 years of CA practice, comprise before and after banking service.

CA. Sunoj Sanni

Sunoj Sanni is the Managing Partner of our firm and the operations Head of Kochi – Aluva office with experience in the field of Taxation, Company Law, Valuation and Audit. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 and is also a qualified Company Secretary. He became an Information Systems Auditor (DISA- ICAI) in 2012 and has completed a Certificate Course on Goods and Services Tax (GST) and a Certificate course on concurrent audit of Banks conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) . He is a registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board Of India(IBBI) .

He did his articleship at Lodha and Co, (then affiliate of BDO International). He is a speaker on technical subjects at ICAI and various educational institutions. He was also associated with Audit and Assurance division of Deloitte Haskins & Sells for 3 years after his qualification. He was the Team Lead for audit and for the limited review of Listed Companies and Central Statutory audit of Banks during his tenure. He is an expert in Statutory Audit, GST and Income Tax.

CA. Vibin Vincent

Vibin Vincent is the Chief Executive Partner of the firm and operations head of Kochi – Angamaly office with field experience in management of organisational accounts and finance, development of systems and procedures, valuation ,streamlining the legal affairs and internal audit. He was previously employed with Oxfam GB, WaterAid (UK) and Plan International. He is also overseeing the operations at Delhi Office of the Firm.

He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2009. He became an Information Systems Auditor ( DISA- ICAI) in 2012 and has completed a Certificate Course on Forensic audit and Fraud Detection by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2018. He is an Insolvency Professional and has completed Valuation examination (Securities or Financial Assets) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board Of India(IBBI). He is a Philanthropist and a Faculty for CPE Programmes of ICAI and a mentor for CA Students. Presently, He is a part of Aluva CA Association. He is also associated with YMCA , Jeevadhara Foundation and Other Charitable organisations.

CA. Rajmohan R

Rajmohan R is a Senior Partner of our firm and operations head of Thrissur office with experience in the field of Bank Audit, Internal Audit, Project Reporting, Financial Consultancy, Valuation and Loan Appraisal. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 and is also a qualified Company Secretary. He became an Information Systems Auditor ( DISA- ICAI) in 2014 and has completed a Certificate Course on Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Certificate course on concurrent audit of Banks conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) .

He did his articleship at Lodha and Co, (then affiliate of BDO International). He is a renowned speaker on Bank audit at ICAI CPE seminars. He was previously employed with Computer Science Corporation and The South Indian Bank Ltd. He headed the Bank branch and was also employed in Corporate Finance Management, Inspection and Accounts department of Bank.He is an expert in identification of bank frauds and revenue leakages.

CA. Alwin Shajan

Alwin heads the Bangalore branch of our firm and spearheads the technology initiatives of the firm. He has a keen passion in Automation, Entrepreneurship, Business Process Re-engineering and technology application in finance and audit.

> He did his articleship in Phillipos & Co, a Bangalore based firm and thereafter was working with a MNC as the Head of Finance & Accounts. He is an expert in Corporate Finance, MIS , Data Analytics & Audit. He believes in creating exceptional value to others by harnessing the power of technology.

CA. Hari Krishnan KV

Hari Krishnan KV is our youngest partner. He did his article-ship with this firm and subsequently joined as a partner. Newly qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in internal and external audits, Management Consulting, Tax planning and has the ability to handle various corporates and non-corporates serving a wide range of industries ranging from Manufacturing, Engineering, Consulting, Insurance, Banking, Non-Profit organisations. He supports the team to plan and adapt in order to meet the challenges of the growing economy. His integrated approach which involves combining skills to develop well rounded solutions based on a full understanding of our clients business will help us to provide a comprehensive service, tailored to meet the needs of the clients. Also his corporate advisory services provide valuable insight to businesses, enabling to enhance stakeholder value within our organisation.
